How long until I get my photos/videos?

Most jobs are edited and delivered within 2-3 business days of the shoot, though larger video projects can take longer. You can always check your job's current status right here in the app, and we'll email you the moment your files are ready.

How does payment work?

Your job page shows the quote, any deposit due, and a Pay Now link when applicable. You can pay online any time through that link — no need to call or email about invoices. You can also download a receipt from your job page once payment info is on file.

What if the weather looks bad on my shoot day?

Drone flights depend on safe weather and FAA rules. If conditions aren't safe, we'll reschedule at no extra charge — just add a note on your job page and we'll sort out a new time.

Can I use the photos/videos for my listing and marketing?

Yes — once your job is paid in full you get a license to use your delivered media for your own personal, business, or listing/marketing purposes. See our Terms for the full details.

I want a change to my delivered photos or videos — what do I do?

Open the job, find the file under Deliverables, and tap "Request a revision." That sends your request straight to us — no email needed.

How do I ask a question about my job?

Add a note right on your job page, or use the "Contact us" button — both come straight to us, so you don't have to track down an email address.

Can I turn off email notifications?

Yes — there's a toggle on your Jobs tab to control whether you get emailed about updates. You can always check the app instead.
